Energetic, spiritually mature, spontaneous, fun, wise, responsible, having a love for children and a love for Christ, able to teach the Bible, and wise are just a handful of the qualifications needed to fill the shoes of the staff that have what we, here at camp, like to call "the best job in the world".

Freedom staff are highly qualified individuals that have undergone extensive background checks, both professional and personal. They have experience working with youth in the past, are active members of the local church, and have an active, personal relationship with Christ..
